Extra Curricular Activities

| St.
John's International School offers many extra curricular
activities to its students. In February, the students take
part in an organized ski trip. During the school year, students
can participate in sporting events with other schools, volunteer
work within the community, activities organized by the student
council, multi-cultural day, and various holiday activities
such as Halloween and Christmas parties.
Vancouver's many beaches make sailing and windsurfing
readily accessible, and the moderate climate allows for
year-round hiking, tennis, and cycling.
In addition to the various outdoor adventures available,
Vancouver is a hub of cultural activity. There are several
theatres, libraries, museums, sports, and arts venues,
recreation and cultural centres, public gardens, and
shopping districts.
