Students |
| 1. |
Submit the application
form together with:
Transcripts or report cards for the last three school
years
Application fee (non-refundable) of $150.00, payable to
"St. John's International School".
Two passport photos (3 x 5 cm) |

If applicant has been accepted, we will
then request full fees (see fee
schedule; part A) from students. |
| 3. |
Once all of the fees have been received,
we will forward the Acceptance Letter to the
student. International students should then take this
letter to the Canadian Embassy or Canadian
Consulate to apply for a Student Authorization. |

Additional Information for International
Students |

| 1. |
International students require a student
authorization in order to attend classes. Both the school
letter of acceptance and an application for a student
authorization must be sent to the Canadian Embassy. |
| 2. |
Upon arrival at the school, students must
present a copy of their student authorization and, if
under 16 years of age, a copy of their guardianship
agreement. |
| 3. |
Students who are refused a student
authorization by the Canadian Embassy will receive a full
refund of tuition fees. |
| 4. |
An administrative fee equal to 10% of tuition
fees paid apllies to refund requests which are made in writing
before the beginning of the term. |
| 5. |
If
a student is dismissed from the school, the student will
be sent home at the parents' expense and without refund.
