1. Submit an application form together with:
- Transcripts or report cards for the last two school years
- Application fee (non-refundable) of $200.00, payable to St. John’s International School.
- One passport photo (3 x 5 cm)
2. If the applicant has been accepted, we will then request that their fees (see fee schedule; part A)are paid in full.

Additional Information for International Students
1. International students require a student visa in order to attend classes. Both the school letter of acceptance and an application for a student visa must be sent to the Canadian Embassy.
2. Upon arrival at the school, students must present a copy of their student visa and, if under 19 years of age, a copy of their Custodian Letter.
3. Students who are refused a student visa by the Canadian Embassy will receive a full refund of tuition fees except the application fee.
4. An administrative fee equal to 50% of tuition fees paid applies to refund requests which are made in writing 4 weeks before the beginning of the term.
5. If a student is expelled from the school, the student will be sent home without refund.
