** Medical Insurance: Before arrival, students should buy 3 months of Private Insurance to cover the first 3 months of waiting period of BC Medical Insurance Plan

To receive "Letter of Acceptance" for Student Visa Authorization Payment of Fees: All fees must be paid in Canadian Dollars. For Refund Policy, please see application form.

Payment may be made in either of the following ways:

1. Money order , Bank draft or Personal cheque payable to "St. John's International School" and mailed to :

2. Transfer funds via bank to: St. John's International School, including the Students' Names.

How to Register:
1. Fill out the application form and attach 1 passport photo (3*5cm)
2. Submit school transcripts for the last 2 school years, including the current year.
3. Submit the CAD $200.00 application fee, payable to "St. John's International School"
4. If the applicant has been accepted by the school, we will then request full fees.
5. Once all of the fees have been received, we will forward the "Letter of Acceptance" to you.

*** International students should then take this letter and a completed student authorization application form to the Canadian Embassy or Consulate to apply for student visa authorization.
